Software Architect · Senior Developer
Ehsan Enaloo
I design and build software systems that people use every day, for many years.
About
Many of the business systems I designed and built are still in use today. I have seen many tools come and go. I am open to new technology, and I learn it fast.
I care about good architecture, correct code and easy maintenance. For me, a programming language is a tool. I choose it based on what the project needs.
How I work
Design first
Every big task starts with a written design. The code follows the design.
I write the core
I lead the architecture and write the main parts of the code myself.
AI with review
AI tools help me work faster. I give them the design, set the direction and review every result.
Tests decide
A change is merged only after tests and a code review pass. I am responsible for every line.
Experience
-
Independent Product Development
Software ArchitectI am designing and building a new product with C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, TypeScript and React. I am moving its REST API to a custom binary WebSocket protocol. I also built a Python tool that runs several AI agents (planner, coder, manager and reviewer). It checks every code change with a fresh test run.

Invorg
Senior Full Stack Software DeveloperI rebuilt a municipal management system with GIS and document management. I moved it from VB6 to C#, Blazor Server and SQL Server. My data access layer made database queries 45% faster.
-
TSI Complex
Lead Software Architect, later Technical AdvisorI led teams of 5 to 20 developers. We built accounting, ticketing, CRM, licensing and workflow systems. Many of them are still in use. In my last years there, I advised the team part time and taught them to use AI tools.

Erfan Computer
Programmer and Software DeveloperI built client software with VB6, Delphi and Microsoft Access.

These days I spend a lot of time on independent research. I read about these topics and write my own code to understand how they work.
